Meet Kelly. She has been on the ARRIVE team for 11 years. She serves as our Business Manager, making sure everything runs smoothly for our team and clients.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
Knowing that people can come to me no matter the situation and that I will be there to provide honest feedback.
What is your favorite part of working for ARRIVE?
The people. I wouldn’t trade any of the people I work with; they are family. I know each of these people and their families; some of them just came onboard, but they are all great and I can’t wait to know them better.
If you had three wishes, what would they be?

Grow old with my husband.

A cure for all cancers.

What is one thing on your bucket list?
One thing on my bucket list is being fulfilled this January; going to Disney World parks first and then a Disney Cruise. My family of four is going with both my and my husband’s extended families; all 13 of us. I will get to experience Disney not only through my grown children’s eyes but see my sister and brother-in-law experience the magic through their daughter’s eyes as well. The ultimate meaning of the circle of life.
What do you like most about the work we do at ARRIVE?
That we strive for continuous improvement. Whether we make the next space more efficient, provide better spaces or continuing education for our employees; our Founders and Partners strive to make the work ARRIVE does better than its last design. My personal knowledge and appreciation of Architecture has grown in the last 10 years by the amount of mentoring that I have witnessed firsthand from the incredible team we have on staff here at ARRIVE.
