Meet Josh Spoerl. He is Principal and Senior Project Manager at ARRIVE. Josh joined the ARRIVE team in 2006 as an Architectural Intern and manages our multi-family design team.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
I think it has to be staying put here at ARRIVE. Opportunities have presented themselves, and while most seem to think the grass is greener on the other side, I tend to think the grass stays green at ARRIVE.
What is your favorite part of working for ARRIVE?
I think it is probably my fellow employees. Upper management has a lot in common in regards to outside activities, and we always like to hear and discuss those. The younger generation keeps us trendy and on our toes.
If you had three wishes, what would they be?
1. That my wife and boys out live me

What is one thing on your bucket list?
Hunting Africa for big game animals.
What do you like most about the work we do at ARRIVE?
I like the fast pace we tend to move along with the variation of housing project types we design.
