Walton Communities, the Augusta Housing Authority and members of the community joined together for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Legacy at Walton Green.
This first phase will provide 80 units of Senior housing, phase two which we will design next will be more than 200 multi-family apartments. Arrive is excited to continue working with Walton Communities on another project which serves as a catalyst for revitalization in communities across Georgia.
